The returns policy at Topbrandworkwear.com is valid for 14 days from the receipt of an item. You therefore have 14 days from the day you receive your item from us to inform us that you wish to return the item if it is unsuitable, damaged or faulty.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging, suitable for resale.
Before returning any item, please contact us by email at email@example.com. We can check that the item is eligible for replacement or refund. We will issue a Return Authorisation Number.
Please send your purchase back including the Return Authorisation Number to: Topbrand Workwear Ltd., Level 3, Endeavour House, Coopers End Road, London Stansted Airport CM24 1SJ. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund as soon as possible.
Unfortunately we can not offer a refund on items that have been personalised or without a Return Authorisation Number.
