Garment Embroidery and Printing

Embroidery - is an ideal and very cost-effective way of displaying your logo, crest, or name. The advantage of embroidery over heat-seal or screen printing are longevity of the actual logo, not fading in higher temperature washes, a more professional look and feel and the option to have your logo reproduced in up to twelve colours for each design. Ask about our three options, 3D – Glow in the dark or Metallic.

Screen-printing - is an excellent item of promotional merchandise and is a cost-effective way of advertising your message, brand or event, especially in for larger quantity orders. From a single-colour design to a more complex reproduction of a photo using computerised automated print machines, garment printing will give a perfect result every time!

Direct-to-garment - (also known as DTG) has gone crazy in recent years. Its high-definition digital image reproduction and low cost set-up allows for low minimum order quantities – and that’s just for starters. This digital print process has developed to be so much more than a print technique, creating a whole new way of thinking for garment branding.

  • Eco-friendly inks – with no waste when printing and only a very thin layer of ink is used to achieve a fine, smooth finish. Our clients are choosing this process as an eco-friendlier option.
  • Transfer Printing - There are loads of options when it comes to transfers and which one you use will depend on the product you want decorated and how many you need. The easiest way to think of transfers are super high stickers that are bonded to your chosen garments.
  • Types of transfers – The most common transfers nowadays are vinyl transfers, which, are produced by printing your design digitally onto vinyl. The vinyl is then cut and applied to your garments using heat. Transfers are so versatile and can be applied to just about anything. If we can get it on our machine, we can print on it! This process is not suitable for waterproof garments.
