DELIVERY CHARGES
Delivery is free for all orders of £75 (excluding VAT) and over to UK mainland only. (For Northern Ireland, Eire, Highlands and Islands or Overseas please see further down this page)
For all other UK mainland orders up to and including £74.99 (excluding VAT), delivery is £6.95 (excluding VAT).

MORE INFORMATION FOR UK MAINLAND DELIVERY
All Deliveries are sent by Courier Tracked and Signed for Service (for UK Mainland Only). We aim to deliver between 2 and 4 working days from the date of your order for plain garments.
For embroidered or printed garments please allow 12-14 working days from approval of artwork.
ORDER AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
You will receive a notification when your order has been confirmed and when your order has been shipped. If there are any issues with your order we will contact you by email or phone if you have not provided an email address.
SHIPPING TO NORTHERN IRELAND, EIRE, THE HIGHLANDS AND ISLANDS AND OVERSEAS DELIVERY
Please contact us by email on sales@topbrandworkwear.com if you would like to order from Northern Ireland, Eire, Highlands and Islands or Overseas and we will reply to each contact directly to give you a quote for postage.
DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
The customer is always responsible for checking their delivery arrives in good condition and conforms to the order placed. Any damage must be noted accurately, dated and signed on the delivery note please.
Any claims must be made within a maximum time of 48 hours after parcel receipt by email to sales@topbrandworkwear.com. After this period, no claims will be accepted and unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
The reason for any claim must be stated and accompanied by evidence justifying the prejudice suffered. Where possible, please provide photographic evidence. We will make and evaluation of your claim and advise you if we accept the complaint. In this event the customer may choose between reimbursement of the cost of the goods ordered excluding the postal cost or a second delivery.
